Shipping & Delays
We ship within 30 days of your order, or we contact you with a revised date and your option to cancel for a full refund.
If the ship date slips, we email you a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund with nothing to return.
Returns & Cancellation
You may return your unit within 30 days of delivery.
The full purchase price is refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the unit is defective or does not match the product description or the compatibility list published on /terms — in those cases Delivery Hatch pays return shipping. An order cancelled for a delayed shipment before it ships is refunded in full with nothing to return.
No separate satisfaction guarantee is offered beyond the 30-day return window (30 days from delivery).

Warranty
1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation.
Door Compatibility
Standard sectional garage doors with steel panels.
Roll-up (coiling) doors, one-piece tilt-up doors, wood doors, glass or full-view doors, and insulated doors with a hollow or foam-filled core that cannot support a cut opening.
Installation modifies your garage door and compatibility varies.
