Order & contact information. When you pre-order a Delivery Hatch, we collect your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. This information is collected on our secure Stripe-hosted checkout page (buy.stripe.com) as part of completing your purchase — no order form exists on this website itself.
Payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Website usage data. Basic analytics data about how visitors use this website, described under Analytics & Advertising Data below.
Phone Number & SMS Data
We use your phone number to send transactional messages about your order — order confirmations and install-scheduling updates — and to coordinate your free professional installation. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or phone number to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Analytics & Advertising Data
We use Google Analytics (Google tag) to understand site traffic and improve our website.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance in your browser. This is active on our website.
When enabled, we may also share certain purchase data directly with Meta's servers (Conversions API) to improve ad measurement.
How We Share Information
The only data we share with Meta is purchase and ad-interaction data used to measure and improve our advertising. We do not share your phone number, SMS consent, or install/scheduling details with Meta or any advertising partner.
We use service providers to operate the business — Stripe to process payments, and messaging/email providers to deliver the order notifications described above. Each receives only the information needed to perform its service for your order.
Data Retention & Your Choices
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, support your installation, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. For any other privacy request — including access to or deletion of your information — contact us using the details below.
