What's included, and what isn't?

You get the Flanged Sleeve unit and the mounting hardware that fits it to your garage door.

Installation is not included in the purchase price. Professional installation is recommended, and is arranged and paid for by you.

Will it fit my garage door?

Fits: Standard sectional garage doors with steel panels.

Does not fit: Roll-up (coiling) doors, one-piece tilt-up doors, wood doors, glass or full-view doors, and insulated doors with a hollow or foam-filled core that cannot support a cut opening.

When will it ship?

We ship within 30 days of your order, or we contact you with a revised date and your option to cancel for a full refund.

Can I cancel or return it?

Yes. The full purchase price is refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the unit is defective or does not match the product description or the compatibility list published on /terms — in those cases Delivery Hatch pays return shipping. An order cancelled for a delayed shipment before it ships is refunded in full with nothing to return.

No separate satisfaction guarantee is offered beyond the 30-day return window (30 days from delivery).

Is it covered by a warranty?

1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation.

Who installs it?

Installation is not included. Professional installation is recommended, and is arranged and paid for by you.

Delivery Hatch does not perform installations. Any qualified local garage-door installer can fit the unit.

Why not just use a porch box?

A porch box still leaves your package outside. The Flanged Sleeve is a secure one-way drop into your locked garage, so the delivery is inside the moment it is dropped.

It is heavy-duty stainless steel, and its weatherproof design keeps packages dry in rain, snow, and heat.

What if I move?

The Flanged Sleeve is installed into your garage door panel, so it stays with the door. Installation is not included and we don't perform removals or reinstallations — email hello@deliveryhatchllc.com and we'll talk through your options.
