SMS Terms & Consent

Program Description

Delivery Hatch, LLC ("Delivery Hatch") operates a transactional SMS notification program for customers who pre-order the Delivery Hatch secure garage package drop. Delivery Hatch sends transactional SMS only — order confirmations and install-scheduling updates. We do not send marketing texts.

Consent

Text messages are optional and never required to place an order. On our secure Stripe-hosted checkout page (buy.stripe.com) you will see an optional question — “Text me order & install updates?” — and you consent only by choosing “Yes, text me.” Leaving it unanswered, or choosing “No thanks,” completes your pre-order exactly the same way and you will receive no text messages. No phone number or consent is collected anywhere on this website itself.

Message Types & Frequency

• ✓ Order confirmation — sent shortly after your pre-order is placed.
• ✓ Install-date scheduling and confirmation — sent when your free professional installation is scheduled or your install date changes.

You will receive a few messages per order, typically around your purchase and your install date. Message frequency varies with your order activity.

• ✓ STOP — reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of all further texts from Delivery Hatch.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your order — we will still reach you by email and phone to coordinate your installation.

How We Use & Protect Your Information
